About AutonomyXAI

One person who automates the work small businesses would otherwise hire for — and who runs a business built on exactly that.

Our mission

Automation that pays for itself once, not every month

We build the software that does the repetitive work a business would otherwise hire someone to do. Not a subscription and not a platform — a system built for your process, paid for once, and owned by you afterwards.

Everything is built on top of the systems you already run, in your own accounts under your own logins. If a system has no API we automate the browser instead, so the awkward portals nobody else will touch are usually the ones worth automating first.

  • Remove work that should not need a person
  • Quote a fixed price, in writing, before starting
  • Hand over code the client owns outright
Our values

The core values that guide everything we do

These are the rules the work actually runs on, not a wall poster. If any of them stops being true of a project, that project has gone wrong.

01

Code over platforms

Most of what we build is ordinary code running in your own accounts. No per-task platform fees, no vendor to be locked into, and source you own outright.

02

Paid once

A fixed project price agreed in writing before work starts. When it's handed over, it's yours — there is no retainer waiting on the other side.

03

AI only where it earns it

Business automation is mostly rules you already follow by hand. Code follows rules more cheaply and predictably than a model, so we reach for AI last, not first.

04

We run on this ourselves

Our founder's own manpower business runs on these automations — roughly ten people's worth of manual checking and data entry no longer happens there.

05

Honest about fit

Some processes are not worth automating, and we say so on the scoping call rather than quoting for work that will not pay for itself.

06

Built to be handed over

Documented, monitored, and written so any competent developer can pick it up. You should never need us to stay in business.

Our culture

What makes us different

A small, founder-led practice, which is the whole point: you deal with the person doing the work, and nothing gets lost being handed between departments.

You talk to the person building it

There is no account manager in between. Whoever scopes your automation is the person who writes it and the person who fixes it.

Scope is fixed before we start

You get the price and what it covers in writing after a scoping call. If the scope changes, you approve that change before any extra work happens.

Handover is the goal

Every build is documented and monitored so it keeps running without us. Better that you come back because it worked than because you are stuck.
