01The challenge

Every candidate's journey touches multiple external systems — emigration clearance, foreign-ministry visa validity, Gulf labour platforms and medical-fitness portals. Staff were logging into each one manually, re-typing the same passport and application data, and re-checking statuses that change without notice. It was slow, error-prone, and impossible to scale during peak deployment season.

  2. 02Built resilient headless-browser workers that log in, navigate and read status from each portal — designed to survive layout changes and rate limits.
  3. 03Added a verification layer that cross-checks the same candidate across portals and flags mismatches before they become deployment blockers.
  4. 04Automated the repetitive data entry: application details are pushed into portals automatically instead of being re-typed by hand.
  5. 05Wired every result back into the agency's core ERP so staff see one clean status instead of a dozen browser tabs.
